Movie Question!!! mid to late 70's maybe very early 80's. About a young blond white boy who lives in Africa
and befriends a young African boy & they are best of friends. For fun they get inside a old tire & push it down a hill. They do it many times then the African boy is killed. About the saddest movie I can remember. Also while I am on the subject there was another very sad movie about a young boy & his retarded adult friend who liked to play baseball with him yet all the other boys made fun of him so he turned his back on his retarded friend. That was a very sad movie also. It was done a little latter than the preivious question about the boys in Africa. It came out in the late 70's early 80's. I would appreciate any light on these movies they have haunted me for many moons. I would like to see what impact they would have now. Thank You For Your FeedBack.

how to deal with being sexually assaulted
i was sexually assaulted on may 1st 2008.i was 15. (it was with my crush and he took it above and beyond the limit he didnt rape me but came close. and i figured i could deal with it and i confided in about 4 close friends about it. but i never told an adult. and i know i should have. but now three months later at night i think about it and i wanna cry but i don't. i feel unclean. he told me i was just asking for it. idk what to think. my parents and i were out at a baseball game and he was there and my parents said i turned white as a ghost and they were like whats wrong..but i couldnt bring myself to tell him..i see him at school and i just want to get him back i want to fight back for what he did to me. but idk how. i'm scared my parents will ground me. i'm barely allowed out now as it is if they know this im scared ill be put on like house arrest. just please help me...thanks

I don't think it is too late to call the police. It would be easy enough to call the police station and ask straightforwardly: if a teen is sexually assaulted, is there a time limit on her ability to report it. Someone there will find the right answer. If they ask whether "you" have been assaulted, just say that you are just gathering facts and don't wish to report an assault at this time. The person at the other end will almost certainly respect that.
You might want to talk to a therapist or counselor about the incident before you take it any further, maybe even before you talk to your parents. Tell the parents you have been having some confusing feelings about growing up, and tell them you think you would like to talk to a counselor about them.
Then, if after consideration and mature adult advice you want to take this further, I would talk frankly with my parents. I think they would like to know what all this is about before the police show up at your house. Be prepared to tell them the bare essentials, but do not over-dramatize. Tell them that those "confusing" feelings were about what happened with a guy. Tell them you were just making out (or whatever) and he became very aggressive and you wanted to clear your mind about it with a third party because you thought they would get too involved and emotional.
If they start to blame you, shame on them; they are really not stepping up to the plate as parents. But for now, handle this as just another task on your checklist.
If they are understanding and supportive, bring them to the police with you if this is what you all decide to do. Handle this situation without undue drama also. The police have no use for drama. Just report some important facts about an assault in a simple, straightforward way, ask whether they are likely to follow up and what more will be expected of you, and then go home and move on.
Finally, try to forget about "getting back" at this fellow. These feelings are very natural but will not help you grow. You report him to the police (if this is the path you choose) because it is the responsible thing to do, not to get revenge. The issue right now is about you: how you can heal, and how you can learn from this experience as a whole so as to be a better and more grown up person.

Sore Boobs??? Let Down Reflex???
Ok i asked this question a couple of days ago but i only got a couple of answers and im still interested in hearing some opinions...
I have been having (AF type) cramping for over a week now, and also slightly sore boobs, BUT i keep gettting this 'surge' through my boobs that feels just like my Let Down reflex used to. ( i breastfed bub for almost 5 months but stopped 8 months ago!!). It feels as tho someone has injected deep heat into your boobs and then within a minute its gone again, but happens at least once an hour..
Do you think these symptoms could be early pregnancy related or part of my ovulation cycle???
I have a regular 28 day cycle and im presuming i ovulated mid cycle.... I still have a week to go before AF due, and would consider myself around 5dpo.....
I have never had cramping for this long before, although i know when i was preg with my son i had really bad cramps around period date and really really sore boobs.
What do you think it is?
i would wait for the period, and if it doesn't come get a pregnancy test. if you still have your period but still get this, talk to a doctor.

Martial Arts Question: Overcoming reflex to not people?
I would like to start a martial art such as wing chun, but I have a hard time striking people. I'm fine until mid-punch, and then I try to pull back as to not hurt the other person. How do I overcome this? (the funny thing is that I used to get into a lot fights when I was younger, and now, I have trouble just punching someone, wtf)
I think you should first practice hitting an inanimate object like a punching bag or something so you can kinda measure out your strength. Then you could find someone with experience in the field that knows how to absorb punches with his hands or something, so you could get comfortable swinging with full strength at someone. The fear of hitting people is all in your head and once you learn your strength and how to control it, the only thing left will be the first time you hit someone. I think it's similar to learning how to do a backflip!

The planet was never bombarded by asteroids or comets.
Its atmosphere stopped impactors of all sizes.
Other geological processes have wiped out craters.
Since all planets must form from the accretion process, which is rather messy and involves being impacted by asteroids and comets, that cannot be correct.
If you can see the surface of the planet with an atmosphere, it isn't thick enough to stop every impactor. So thats incorrect.
Obviously, like earth, geological processes, usually running water and gravity, or plate tectonics for the really big features, is the correct answer.

Generally speaking, the size of video is proportional with its visual quality, If you don't want lose any of your video quality, you could try to change your video to another format. For instance, for the same quality, AVI is a little bit larger than RMVB, but the difference would not make any sense. But there also ways to make it. I recommend you to try Xilisoft video converter. In the advance setting option, you could try to reduce the frame rate of the video. If you reduce the frame rate half to the original, you will find the video size reduced to half. It’s better to use this method to convert video and see them on your portable device, since they have small screen and lower processor and storage than computer

Im sad that I cant wear my large army jacket?
Im sad because Im a girl, and I love to run around in a tshirt, a large army jacket and jeans and tie my hair together, because I move very fast and am very active, and feel the need to be comfortable to play video games
But, my mum and sister hate it, they keep trying to convince me to at least accessorize a bit, but I dont want to! I just want to wear my trainers, a jeans a tshirt and my army jacket!

i think you should do what you feel like doing with your look. other people need to learn to accept you for who you are, and if who you are is a nice casual girl who likes to be comfy in her trainers, jeans, tshirt and army jacket, then keep it that way. dont change just because someone else thinks you should.
haha if they dont like it, tell them to youtube "oresama neko cosplay". that girl walks around town like that, but we love her anyway.
